Pick-Up Policy:
Once you pick up your cake or other desserts, it becomes your responsibility to ensure that the cake/desserts are stored properly. When transporting a cake, be sure that it is securely placed on the front passenger or rear floor of your vehicle. Once in the vehicle, a cake should be taken straight to its destination and immediately placed in the fridge. No delivery is available.
All cakes/cupcakes must must be stored in the refrigerator until 20 minutes prior to serving. Buttercream is not meant to be left out at room temperature. If a cake gets damaged, there will be no refunds. Please keep in mind that I use dowels (wooden sticks/straws) to support cakes and prevent them from collapsing. Thank you.

Please come at your scheduled pick-up times. Message me if you are running late, a fee may be applied if you are over 30 minutes late.
