Custom Order Policy
For custom orders, please note that a minimum of $150 is required per order. All cake dates are firm and non transferable once booked. Once a date is booked you can NOT switch days without a fee. Any attempt to change dates will incur a $100 fee. Thank you for choosing Cordova's Sweets and Treats.

Berry Chantilly Sheet Cakes
Two layers of my white almond sponge cake lightly soaked in a raspberry simple syrup. The filling is an almond mascarpone frosting with fresh berries. It is then iced in a mascarpone icing and topped with more fresh berries. Request a birthday message in chocolate on top of your cake.
1/4 Sheet ...... $140 Serves 25

Add toasted almonds on the sides of the cake for an additional $15.
Neapolitan Cake
Layers of white, chocolate, and strawberry cake. One layer is filled with fluffy whipped cream and fresh strawberries, while the other is filled with rich chocolate whipped cream. Topped with fresh strawberries, a decadent chocolate ganache drip, and pink shavings.
